Job Title: Finance Assistant

Reports To: Finance Controller

Responsible for: N/A

Education/Experience Required:

Experience of Sage Line 50 Accounting package or similar

Experience of Sage Payroll or similar

Fully proficient in the use of MS Excel and Word (Excel including PIVOT Tables & VLOOKUPS – training can be given)

Good organisational skills

Good communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to work in a small team and to meet strict deadlines

Numerate, with a keen attention to detail

Job Role Overview:

We will look at all levels of candidates and salary will be dependent on experience

Full time office based, working in a small team, carrying out the end to end process of contractors payroll

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and processing of contractor timesheets and payrolls through to payment

Collating, checking and processing contractor purchase invoices through to payment

Preparation, processing and transmission of client sales invoices

Other associated finance tasks

Any other ad hoc finance tasks as and when required
