Are you an experienced Automation Test Engineer or Lead that has been waiting for an opportunity to apply your knowledge to a greenfield technical landscape? Then look no further!

Xpertise Recruitment are working with an established and reputable organisation who are transforming their IT systems and the way they develop software. With quality paramount, they are now looking for an experienced and passionate Automation Test Engineer who can drive test automation and upskill a small team of manual testers.

This is a fully remote opportunity with visits to the East Midlands once a quarter or more often should you choose.

Skills and Experience

• Play a vital role in modernising our approach to software quality assurance
• Practical experience of designing and implementing Test Automation Frameworks for both UI and API
• Leverage your expertise in manual testing to ensure the highest quality standards
• Prioritize E2E testing and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Broad range of test tooling experience such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
• BDD experience with Cucumber, Specflow or Behat
• Mentor and guide an existing team of Test Engineers
• Knowledge of agile methodologies as well as waterfall and hybrid approaches
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Ability to build relationships across the business
