Electrical Engineer – £55k – Cambridge

My client is a leading manufacturer of flash lamps and lighting products. They are looking for an electrical design engineer to work on the design and development of electrical and electronic circuitry to support their manufacturing and systems development processes.

Key responsibilities:

+ Lead electrical designs for new equipment

+ Creation, modification, maintenance and management of electrical designs including proof of concept.

+ Provide electronic design support to our Custom Engineering team.

+ Liaise with sub-contract suppliers of electrical systems.

Key skills:

+ Electrical Design experience

+ Experience of power electronic designs.

+ Use of PLCs or EPlan Electric P8 software is desirable

+ Understanding of electrical control panel design.

The salary will be up to £55k depending on experience with great company benefits.
