Role Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: 12 months possible extension
Location: Brentford/hybrid role
Rate: £165.00 per day via PAYE

Key Responsibility
Support Commercial Effectiveness related projects
Working with cross functional teams, (eg, Business Insights, Marketing), support the segmentation & targeting, activity planning and territory management activities across UK Commercial
Support Commercial Effectiveness Manager and CRM Analyst with Veeva (CRM) related upgrades/changes, to ensure new released and internal changes are successfully delivered & Embedded
Translation of various Business Insights Initiatives into CRM
Support the management of key Commercial Effectiveness (CE) projects including Veeva productivity tools (eg Next Best Action)
Supporting ad hoc projects related to the improvement, addition to, or divestment of data as required by the UK Pharma business. Ensure thorough governance and compliance at all times, working with the UK Commercial Supplier and Data Manager where required
Providing analytical support and managing specific processes relating to SFE projects
Support SFI pay-out activities;
Support the review and quality check for SFI eligibility & payment calculations for all Business Units in line with UK Business Rules Documentation along with SFI Manager for eligibility criteria to ensure robust records
Support our innovation objective, such as how we can better automate our SFI processes
Data manipulation to support governance, analysis and proposals

Skills Required:
Strong Excel skills
Proven project management skills and ability to meet key deadlines
Ability to prioritise own workload and work autonomously and within a matrixed team environment
Experience in quickly building relationships with key stakeholders
Continuous improvement mindset
Demonstrable experience of a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Possess good attention to detail
Possess strong organisational skills

Desirable
A good understanding of governance and monitoring frameworks
Background in pharma
