Overview Rydon Maintenance Ltd are currently seeking an experienced painter and decorator to work within our healthcare division on a full time permanent basis on a dynamic and on-going project in Homerton, London. Rydon Maintenance provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors. We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts, residential homes and educational facilities. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose. Job Purpose Our NHS healthcare team in Homerton provide as part of our contract a redecorating programme across three NHS properties we manage each year. To enable us to continue to continue to deliver an excellent quality of service, we are looking for an enthusiastic painter to join the team. This varied role will involve painting the common spaces internally and externally within a range of our NHS estate buildings including patient common areas and inpatient facilities. Working hours 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Experience Required The ideal candidate will have previous painting and decorating experience, ideally gained within the NHS or a commercial environment. A trade qualification is preferred however is not essential. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail to ensure that we are able to provide a quality finish for our NHS clients. A full UK driving license is required.
