I am looking for a Head of Efficiency, I am seeking a motivated individual to lead the cost improvement program, ensuring measurable and sustainable efficiency gains across the organisation. Collaborating closely with the Change Management Office (CMO) and various departments, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to drive cost improvements.
This is a day rate contract paying between £350-370 per day, Inside Ir35 and hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage a robust cost improvement program, optimizing performance against Model Hospital standards.
Coach and mentor service managers and clinical teams, equipping them to identify and execute efficiency opportunities.
Support the Chief Finance Officer in shaping a coherent efficiency strategy, encompassing core cost improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Establish a comprehensive efficiency tracker, recording all savings and coordinating timely reporting to management.
Prepare monthly efficiency reports for senior executives and regulatory compliance.
Implement reporting mechanisms that integrate efficiency data with financial, workforce, and performance reporting.
