Your new role
Hays Technology continue to work with a well known Employer based in York and help support their IT Team growth and development. New working patterns have been rolled out and the IT Team now require additional 1st Line IT Support staff to work on the busy Help Desk.
What you’ll need to succeed
On a day-to-day basis an IT Service Desk Analyst – The 1st Line staff are responsible for logging and prioritising incidents accurately, providing first contact resolution for a variety of IT incidents and facilitating access management requests to ensure users only have access to the IT resources required to carry out their duties.
The Hiring Manager is looking for 1st Line candidates who can offer the following to apply:
– 1st line IT support experience working in a similar customer facing role
– Experience working to and reporting against SLAs
– Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016
– Hardware, software troubleshooting and support.
– Active Directory administration
