THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited is partnered with a leading local business based in Bolton. The company have gone through continued growth and are looking to hire an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Manager to join the team. The Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger Manager will lead a team of 2 and report into the CFO.ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / PURCHASE LEDGER MANAGER DUTIES:
Analysing invoices for accuracy before processing
Capturing and resolving issues preventing supplier payment.
Reconciling supplier statements and following up on queries.
Managing Key Stakeholders including budget holders
Managing the purchase orders
Weekly payment runs.
Mentor and support a team of 2 purchase ledgers.
Month end reporting tasks.
Reporting into the CFO
Any ad-hoc tasks or analysis as required.
Assisting the central finance team when required.
Assisting in creating and improving current processes.
