Reed are currently representing a unique and up and coming Technology provider in Chelmsford town centre, who are currently recruiting for an Administration Team Leader. This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

Previous Supervisor/ Team Leader experience would be an advantage, but not necessary. Someone looking to take the next step up in their career would also be considered.
Duties to include:
Delegating tasks and supporting the management of an offshore team based in India
Manage an onshore team of 4
Review and agree fee reserves for individual expert appointments
Review and agree invoices for individual expert appointments
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to your line manager
Ensure that all fee reserves and invoices are within Market SLA and contract
Support and lead internal and external sessions
