35 Hours per week 09 00 Lighthouse Risk Services LLP is a firm of Health & Safety and Employment Law consultants with offices in Leeds. We are independent risk management experts specialising in the fields of Health & Safety and Employment Law consultancy. The services we provide help our clients understand, manage and reduce their Health & Safety and Employment Law related risks. Here at Lighthouse, we are now looking to appoint an Administrator to provide invaluable support for a range of business operations. Providing support with incoming telephone calls, meetings and greeting visitors, you will distribute incoming and outgoing mail and monitor levels of stationary and promotional material. You will carry out general typing, occasional photocopying and laminating, produce training certificates, compile O&M manuals, arrange different types of training including eLearning and First Aid courses. With a friendly and helpful disposition, the successful candidate will have completed a broad education that preferably includes a GCSE in English (at grade C or above) and be proficient in using a computer, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook. Reliable and trustworthy, you will have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and a strong communicator who can work well individually as well as part of a team. This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday, 09:00 until 17:00 (with one hour for lunch).
