Administrator (part-time) Due to extensive growth, Fusion Consulting Group are looking to recruit a part-time Administrator to join a leading Professional Services Group in London. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Fusion Recruitment, and working closely with all members of staff, a capable and committed individual is required to play a role crucial to FR s success. The right individual will relish the idea of becoming a real contributor within the business, where the core of the role is to help manage multiple administrative aspects of assignment work. The role is delivery oriented , supporting a business executing upon recruitment assignments with base salaries ranging from £40,000-£150,000. The Administrator will be exposed to multiple business disciplines including Client and Candidate administration. As the role develops, the Administrator will also be exposed to administrative sales, marketing, operations, systems, and project management initiatives. This is an interesting opportunity within a fast-growing SME. Responsibilities Delivery Client Candidate administration: Entering Client, Candidate and Assignment details onto FR s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Arranging meetings with Clients for Candidates, and thus interacting with Clients and Candidates via email and phone. Preparing confirmation correspondence pertaining to those arrangements using FR s CRM. Preparing correspondence, proofing Position Profiles, Candidate summaries, CVs and Reports, and compiling Client status reports. Conversing with Clients and Candidates throughout the recruitment assignment processes, dealing with interview arrangements, issues, and project changes. Business Development Clients Prospects Partnerships: Logging business development correspondence. Formatting engagement letters, proposals, and presentations. Supporting marketing initiatives where appropriate. General support: Using a range of software systems (email, applications andCRM system) to ensure FR runs efficiently, e.g, updating the general assignment tracker. Maintaining the integrity of the Client Candidate database setting up new records, logging correspondence, and following up on reminders etc. Supporting with travel or meeting arrangements. Organising Client and Candidate entertainment as required. Maintaining the integrity of FR s document storage system and FR s CRM system data optimisation. Qualifications and Experience The successful Candidate will attain ongoing training in all areas of FR s business. At least 2 years of experience working in a similar demanding support role. Professional Services company experience would be of value not essential. SME sized company experience.
