A high performing and agile team are looking for an Application Support Engineer to focus on upgrades, development and support for all IT Systems across the business. This company is an industry leader in its sector and is looking to continuously develop and improve. This role will work in a fast paced, evergreen environment where change in software applications happens frequently. You will need a passion for continuously learning and finding solutions, alongside collaborating with the cloud and service desk teams.
The role will include:
In this role, you will need experience in administering, monitoring, and maintaining software applications. You will take ownership of customer incidents and perform investigations to resolve the issues alongside your team. You will be able to provide enhanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills and be able to work with a multitude of stakeholders. You will ensure the security and resilience of the systems is maintained and will support disaster recovery within the business.
