Application Support Technician – Inside IR35 – 3 Month Initial Contract – Hybrid Working

My leading client is currently seeking a Application Support Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing platform support for all applications and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide system builds and upgrades.
• Perform patching, releases and fault resolution.
• Understanding of a number of technologies including SQL server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Dynamics365, ProSuite, Canvass, iTrent, REACT Web development, SharePoint, Jira, Active Directory, RESTful API’s and systems architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide support for users on technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

This position is a hybrid remote role, which means that you will be required to work both in-office and remotely with a 50/50 split.
