Application Support Technician – Inside IR35 – 3 Month Initial Contract – Hybrid Working
My leading client is currently seeking a Application Support Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing platform support for all applications and operating systems.
Responsibilities
Provide system builds and upgrades.
Perform patching, releases and fault resolution.
Understanding of a number of technologies including SQL server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Dynamics365, ProSuite, Canvass, iTrent, REACT Web development, SharePoint, Jira, Active Directory, RESTful API’s and systems architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Provide support for users on technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
This position is a hybrid remote role, which means that you will be required to work both in-office and remotely with a 50/50 split.
