Role: Area Operations ManagerSalary: £43,172 Location: Taunton / Field Based Contract: Full time, 35 hours a weekRecruiting for an Area Operations Manager to lead the Somerset, Dorset, Bristol & Bath. You will join an organisation that supports people with a learning disability, providing high quality, flexible services that support people, including young adults, to live as independently as possible in their own homes and in the community.About yourself:

• You ll have experience managing multiple sites
• Being a driver is essential
• You ll have experience motivating multiple teams to reach their targets.
• You ll have extensive knowledge of the care sector and service types

What the job includes:

• You ll be managing multiple budgets
• You ll be risk managing over the multiple sites
• You will be overseeing multiple services over the southwest
