My Client are hiring an assistant accountant on a permanent basis, with Book keeping experience needed. The role is based in London and has a hybrid work structure.
Responsibilities
Preparation, processing and recording of daily and weekly settlements
Supporting daily payments
Bank account reconciliations
Populating and reconciling settlement statements
Supporting and preparing Safeguarding of client’s funds
Posting accounting entries including sales and purchase invoices, currency contracts and journals to the Company’s accounting system
Staff expense claim processing
Supporting the monthly management accounts production, associated reporting and analysis
Supporting the Finance function with any ad hoc requests
Reconciliation of the e-money control accounts, debtors, and creditors monthly
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Currently studying or aspiring to study towards a further Accounting qualification or someone who has experience in a similar role.
