Salary: 30k to £35k dependant on qualifications/experience
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Physics Engineer to join an award-winning group of companies with expertise in building compliance and sustainability. We are looking for someone who will bring their proven experience and join our dynamic and expanding team. You will work on a variety of projects with a focus on building compliance/energy assessment and consultancy.

Preferred but not essential duties
Daylight modelling and assessment Overheating Assessments Produce energy statements/sustainability reports Thermal Modelling (Experience in TM52, TM54 and TM59)
Skills and Experience
Experience using SAP software (FSAP preferred) Experience using Design Builder or IES software is preferable but training will be provided Experience within the construction industry/built environment
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Renewables
Essential duties
Produce SBEM calculations (minimum Level 4 NDEA)
