Are you an experienced Business Analyst with experience of working for a manufacturing company? Do you have experience of ERP systems and Finance Business Systems? Interested in working in the technology sector? If you’ve answered yes then please read on.

This is a key role in a newly created PMO team where you’ll be undertaking large scale requirements analysis in support of upgrading their existing ERP system and you’ll have responsibility for mapping as-is’ business processes and identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvements that can be made (to be’ processes).

Specific tasks/responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Identifying project stakeholders, developing a plan of project involvement, and developing and maintaining their engagement at all stages of the requirements process through effective communication and involvement
• Assisting in the development of business cases and project plans
• Mapping as-is’ business processes and identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvements that can be made ( to be’ processes)
• Developing and documenting detailed business requirements for business changes
• Ensuring the translation and verification of requirements with key project stakeholders
• Providing support in translating business requirements into technical requirements that can then be implemented by the technical teams
• Monitoring and tracking progress against planned deliverables, ensuring that stakeholders and project sponsors are kept fully informed of developments at all times

Candidates will need to possess a proven track record in similar Business Analyst roles with full life cycle experience and must have experience of working for a manufacturing company with an understanding of Finance Systems/Ledgers including Order Processing, Stock Control, Supplier payments and Invoicing etc together with experience of ERP systems. This is a 6 – 12 month fixed term contract role where you can work fully remote (with the possibility of running to 18 months).
