Business Part Time Lecturer (Tutor) Part Time, 3 – 6 hours per week Hourly paid, £20.19 £26.58 per hour Burton on Trent, Town Centre Campus Who are we looking for? Are you an experienced professional in the field of leadership and management? Do you have a passion for educating and developing individuals in their leadership journey? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable part time evening lecturer to join our Business and Accounting team to deliver our ILM training programmes to aspiring leaders and managers. The successful candidate will be required to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions from Level 3 to Level 5 in leadership and management, developing course materials, facilitating group discussions around the application of leadership concepts, providing individual guidance and support to learners on their progress and development, whilst keeping up to date with current trends and developments in leadership and management practices. Extensive experience in leadership and management with a strong knowledge of leadership theories and principles is desirable, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage learners. The successful candidate will also have a higher education degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, as well as a recognised teaching or training qualification.
