Senior C# Developer – FIX protocols

Hybrid, Central London

Rate: Up to £750 p/d inside ir35

Cititec is closely collaborating with a well-established commodity trading company valued at just over $400 million. Although the current economic climate has been turbulent, in the last 5 years the client has experienced a 125% increase in their stock prices!

They are now looking to re-invest in their tech teams and grow them.

Role:

This role resides in the company’s IT team, where the successful candidate will play a fundamental role in facilitating the growth of the team.

As the Senior Developer in the team, you will report directly to the Head of Metals IT and you will be responsible for working with FIX protocols in the context of electronic exchange trade executions and related monitoring and STP. Additionally, you will maintain the client’s metals in-house applications that are built with C# and tightly integrated with OpenLink Endur.

The client is looking for candidates who flourish in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Role Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with FIX protocol
• 8 years+ C# development experience
• Strong exposure working on trading applications is essential
• An experienced practitioner of agile and scrum
• Wide knowledge of existing and emerging technologies.
