Sanderson are partnering with one of the UK’s fastest growing Insurance Brokerages, who are looking for enthusiastic Call Centre Sales Agents, who will play an integral part in one of the company’s most fundamental departments.
Taking inbound calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
Building great rapport with customers and finding solutions for any issues that arise
Nurturing long term customer relationships as well as handling new accounts
Upselling company products and services
Handling any customer complaints effectively and escalate them where appropriate
Working to targets and achieving outlined KPI’s
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to learn new computer systems
A passionate approach to customer service
Capability to work well under pressure whilst multitasking
Previous customer service experience is essential, all industries will be considered including retail and hospitality
Based in Stoke-on-Trent, this is a full time and permanent position and suitable candidates must be readily available for a March 22nd start date. Salary is between £17,000 – £19,500 with an OTE of £20,000 – £22,500.
