They are undertaking an significant, complex enterprise scale cloud transformation across and throughout their organisation and urgently require a talented forward thinking dynamic Change Analyst to join their growing business and help contribute to the next evolution of the organisation
Your role will be both challenging and rewarding and you will have demonstrable commercial experience of:
ITIL V3/V4 Foundation or above qualification
Customer Service orientated
Clear communication & Possess high emotional intelligence and empathy
Has performed the role of Change Analyst and worked on Service Desk/Help Desk
Must be able to effectively prioritise work and have a sense of urgency
Able to challenge the status quo and have a continuous improvement mindset
Able to build and value strong business relationships with stakeholders
Experience of using a Service Management toolset – Jira/Remedy/Service now
