We have an exciting opportunity for a Change & Engagement Manager to join our amazing team. About the Change & Engagement Manager Role: As our Change & Engagement Manager, you will particularly focus on engagement with the movement ensuring our volunteers are supported, with specific support put in place for volunteer leaders and managers, and ensuring feedback from volunteers is heard and responded to. You ll be working cross-functionally with staff and volunteers, providing the resources, tools and approach to support the adoption of changes. What we are looking for in our Change & Engagement Manager: Experience in design and delivery of learning, training and engagement Experience in delivering practical change with a variety of audiences, including volunteers or community members Experience of working with senior stakeholders to understand, manage and challenge their assumptions about change. Experience working in a matrix type environment, engaging with multiple sponsors and stakeholders. Significant experience as a team member delivering a successful large change programme involving multiple projects including digital or technology focussed projects.
