A successful and established Education publishing company have an amazing opportunity for a Change Manager to join the business to help deliver their digital first programmes
As a Change Manager, you will be required to be able to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and excel in written communication to implement change. You must be able to create and deliver training plans to a broad audience and really maximise leader-led communications to allow managers to become change leaders.
They will need someone to come in and have the ability to pick up 3 programmes and be able to deliver plans on a global scale. Experience working in global enterprise organisations will be a huge advantage.
*This role will sit inside IR35 and will be fully remote*

-Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written to key stakeholders and a broad range of audiences -Must be able to showcase maturity, confidence and credibility to change current ways of thinking -Must have experience delivering business wide change in global organisations
