Full time positions will operate on a rolling 2 on 4 off rota and sleep ins will be required.
Part time roles will be considered.

We are pleased to announce the recruitment launch for our new Residential Special School; The Fitzroy Academy.
New Reflexions provides care, education, and therapy services to young people. You will support vulnerable young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs, who may need help with day-to-day skills including self-care. We are looking for calm, conscientious and kind team members, who can take care of the daily needs of our young people.
We are keen to support experienced care workers and our comprehensive training programme with integrated support enables us to welcome those who are new to the sector. If you have the passion to support our young people to learn and grow we want to hear from you.

Due to the location of our homes, it is desirable to hold a full manual driving licence and have access to transport.
