External Job Advert Job Role: Client Asset Service Charge Accountant Location: Worcester / New Milton Sector: Mainstay, Professional Services Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) Salary: up to £30,000 plus benefits As an Client Asset Service Charge Accountant , you will be contributing to Mainstay s vision as the market leading provider of services to the UK s property sector. Mainstay is a professional services organisation, that delivers business expertise and services across the property industry. Main Responsibilities Monthly financial reporting on the status of developments with BSF costs incurred by the client Cashflow modelling Review of budgets and year end accounts Liaising with Managing Agents Providing analysis and advice to Asset Managers responsible for developments Implementing reporting changes and required by client Set an example for others by championing the Company FIRST values, Customer Charter principles and the Code of Business Conduct Ensuring that all monitoring and reporting functions required by our client are met on time Liaising with a range of management companies to obtain the required information Analysing data to provide cashflow statements and recommendations Recommending and implementing reporting and system enhancements Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Estates Finance function Skills and Experience Experience of accounts preparation, ideally with an accounting qualification Ability to communicate financial information through meaningful reporting Strong customer focus Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Numerate Computer literacy (particularly Excel) is essential Accurate with strong attention to detail Use of initiative in problem solving Flexible approach Positive attitude Ability to multitask To work in accordance with Mainstay values About us Mainstay provide expertise in professional services to the property industry through our highly skilled teams.
