Reed is working with an innovative and inclusive professional services organisation recruiting for an Associate to join their successful Central Bristol office on a full time, permanent basis.
Due to outstanding growth, and the recent onboard of a well-established, large client. This role has been newly created to support the business!
You will be managing the Client Acceptance and Onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience, being a primary point of contact and accountability.
The Associate will support the Manager and wider department in being part of the operational team to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing compliance whilst also supporting the incorporation of new entities in the clients’ growing portfolio across multiple jurisdictions.
Hybrid: 2 days office/3 days homeWorking hours: Mon – Fri, 9-5 (Hour for lunch)
Duties:To support the collation and ongoing maintenance of Client Due DiligenceCompletion of appropriate local Client Acceptance forms / process, as appropriateManage incorporation and migration processes across the various global jurisdictions and ensure smooth transition of the client’s entities to service delivery teamsWhere required, to support additional requests from clients including bank account openingsTimely and accurate inputting of client entity data into systemsPrioritise daily workload to ensure client deadlines are met and flag any anticipated SLA issues in a timely mannerDevelop strong, enduring client relationships to ensure consistent net promotor scores and client satisfactionPlay a key role in the maintenance and upkeep of internal records, to include supporting the Manager in delivery of progress reports and key statisticsSupport the Manager as required in providing updates to key stakeholders
Requirements:2-3 years experience of working within a Client Onboarding type roleProfessional services background – Very open on this: Financial Services, Legal, Accountancy to name a fewExperience with Client Acceptance and Onboarding processesExperience in KYC Documentation & Verification, AML & Client Due DiligenceAbility to operate in a customer services orientated role with strong relationships with external customersHigh attention to detailKnowledge/ experience of relevant regulatory requirements and standardsNeed to look for candidate with client facing role experience.Qualification: Educated to degree level (Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline)
