As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how they collect, store, and present data, contributing directly to business success.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the broader team to understand data requirements, objectives, and business processes.
Design, develop, and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses using DBT SQL and Redshift.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices and quality assurance processes.
Optimize and fine-tune data infrastructure to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify data insights, trends, and opportunities for data-driven decision making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data engineering and analytics.
Requirements:
Solid experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on Datamodelling, storage, and presentation.
Proficiency in DBT SQL and Redshift, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
Strong SQL skills and expertise in designing and optimizing complex queries.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working with large datasets and handling Real Time data streams is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
