Cloud Product Owner – Remote – Outside of IR35

Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Cloud Product Owner to work on a high-profile project for a leading company.

The role can be offered on a fully-remote basis and is outside of IR35.

Overall, this will play a key role in leading a delivery team of c. 150 technical consultants working towwrds building a new cloud (Azure/AWS) Platform.

The platform has 3 key capabilities:

Secure, scalable hosting of the company’s applications
Collaborative tooling between the company’s employees such as Atlassian, Microsoft and other major tools
Provision of hardware and virtual desktop devices to Government employees

The programme has started the migration of thousands of users into new tooling and a large number of applications into their hosting solutions. They are also actively rolling-out Virtual Desktops and hardware decvices to users.

Key responsibilities included:

Defining and presenting programme strategy in partnership with the client
Building business cases for new initiatives
Managing a team of product owners and business analysts
Programme organisation, ways of working and delivery mechanisms
Priority setting and cascade of vision to delivery teams
Negotiating demands from customers
