Description
Credit Administrator responsibilities include:
Accurately allocate bank statement entries to customer accounts
Credit analysis of all new Bulk and Fuel Card applications
Complete annual credit worthiness on commercial accounts
Print and send invoices on a daily basis
Raise daily Direct Debit batches
Manage the generic Team inbox to ensure appropriate actions and replies are administrated
To assist the Credit Administration Team Leader with the management of the day-to-day processes
Assist in Credit Administration related projects
Ad-hoc duties as required
Profile
The candidate will have:
Experience working within an office environment – Required
Keen interest in Finance – Required
A strong communicator with great relationship building skills – Required
Ability to work well alone or as part of a team – Required
Good working knowledge of MS Excel – Required
Ability to prioritise your own workload – Required
