Your Role: we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Customer Excellence Rep (North Region) to join our team based in Irvine. As our Customer Excellence Rep, you are the entry point for commercial and regulatory issues from our internal and external customers. You will work in close collaboration with Sales, Supply chain and other functional areas globally to offer best in class Customer Service. Duties of the role include processing all requests for quotations in close collaboration Sales; taking the lead in processing requests for all types of business documents for our customers, such as brochures, product listings, etc.; processing orders, checking stock availability or shipping status; checking the customer prices, preparing and processing the returns of the goods for a credit and / or replacement.
