What a Customer Policy Specialist does:

• You’ll be in charge of managing relationships with customers, providing friendly and professional assistance over the phone, through email and other written channels
• You’ll resolve any customer queries or complaints, tracking complaints trends to feedback to the business and improve overall customer experience
• Handling complex complaints through investigation and resolving within a timely manner in line with company KPIs
• You’ll answer customers’ questions over the phone, by confirming details in the documents and through email
• You’ll be able to build good working relationships across the business
• They’re all about the customer; you’ll give great customer outcomes and get things right first time. It’s in your DNA

Your skills & experience:

• They would love you to have worked in a regulated customer services role before or in a similar environment but it’s not essential
• People are at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be a people person
• You’ll be a great communicator with a sharp eye for detail
• Organisation, timekeeping and structure are second nature to you
• You’re not fazed by computers and software
• You’re eager to learn and develop through continuous training
