Our client is looking for someone with great communication and customer service skills to join their team in Milton Keynes as a Customer Experience Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £23,000
The customer service role will include:
– Inbound calls – Being first point of contact for customers – Deal with all general enquiries via phone or on-line- Communicate the cover provided to customers on their policy- Ensure understanding and adherence to GDPR and Treating Customers Fairly requirements- Ensure complaints are managed in a timely and pro-active manner, to required timescales and regulatory requirements.
Experience and Skills:
– Must have call centre experience- Great telephone manner – Good Communication skills – Able to build relationships – IT literate, Word, Excel and Outlook- GCSE A-C English and Maths, ideally qualified to A Level standard or aboveIf you are interested in this role, please apply online now Or call Beth on for more information.
