This is a long term temporary position which is to start asap. This is a perfect role for someone who has recently graduated or for someone who fancies a change in their career. Booking of MOT’s, Servicing and other general car maintenance that maybe required whilst providing the best level of service and ensuring you are securing the appointment for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to contact current, lapsed and unknown customers to offer services specific tailored to them delivering a great experience in the process.About You As a Customer Service Advisor you will be customer focused, target driven, a team player and always aiming to be the best. You will have a flair for talking and engaging with internal and external customers over the phone. You will be a natural at creating special customer experiences over the phone. You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, be articulate and confident and have the necessary experience to carry out the required duties of this important and exciting role.Previous experience would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided. You will work 40 hours between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with a requirement to homework on Saturdays on a rota basis.At Sytner, their values and the way they behave are important to them.
