Student Experience Advisors Your new companyAn amazing new job opportunity based in Uxbridge as a student accommodation advisor for three months.Your new roleThis role will require you to provide support to the student general administration team which will include emailing, filing, logging information into databases, receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls. Dealing with any quires that students or customers may have.What you’ll need to succeedTo be a successful candidate you’ll need at least 6 months of customer service in an office-based environment. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment as you will be receiving a vast amount of phone calls a day. You will need to be confident when taking phone calls and be very detail orientated. What you’ll get in returnSalary is £16.79 (£14.98 working rate + £1.81 holiday pay). Shifts are from Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm or 12 to 8pm. There is also some weekend work available from 10am to 6pm. There is also an option of overtime available.
