Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 6:15pm and every other Saturday 9am – 1pm

Salary £22,000

REED Business Support Basingstoke are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Customer Service Representative.

As an Customer Service Representative your duties will include but are not limited to:

– Support new or existing customers with enquiries

– Helping to find the right products and solutions for the customers

– Communication is an important part of your role here and so its important that you can demonstrate a natural ability when it comes to building rapport with customers.
