Reed Business Support are assisting our clients search for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Bristol. The role is full time 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern including some weekend work, and will be based onsite in their centre. All applicants must have full UK driving licence.

The Role
Welcoming customers to the centre and ensuring high levels of customer service throughout.
Supporting customers through browsing process.
Checking in customers who arrive to pick up their purchase.
Handing over purchases to customers.
Assisting with post sales issues.
Upselling products such as warranties and service plans.
Supporting customers through servicing and repair work.
Building rapport with customers to resolve any issues quickly.
The Person
Customer obsessed and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent face to face communicator.
Previous experience if successfully working in high end retail, hospitality or concierge roles
Previous experience selling / upselling in a retail setting or being comfortable to do so.
Comfortable using tech, able to use email, CRM and booking systems, and happy to guide customers through the website.
You must have a full UK driving licence.
