We are recruiting for a market-leading financial company who are going through big company growth and are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to manage their Customer Service team. Located in Altrincham you will receive a basic salary of £30,000 – £34,000. You will be managing of inbound and outbound advisors. Excellent working hours are Monday-Friday, with no late nights or weekends.

Duties for the Customer Service Team Leader:
Conducting 1-2-1’s
Call listening
Motivating the team
Coaching and training to improve performance
Plan and manage the team workload
Producing reports
Skills for the Customer Service Team Leader:
We would like to hear from you if you have experience working as the following: Customer Service Team Leader or Contact Centre Team Leader Assistant or similar
Experience managing a team in a KPI environment
Confident at working under pressure
