Customer Support Agent / London (WFH 1 day per week) / Permanent / £35,000 – £45,000Overview:My client, a fantastic start-up who are going from strength to strength within their industry, are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Agent to join their busy Customer Support team at offices in London Victoria. The role will report directly in to the Head of Customer Support and will work on 2 shift patterns of 8am – 5:30pm and 10:30am – 8pm (rota based). Role & Responsibilities:• Provide 1st class customer service to our clients within an agreed timeframe• Triage a variety of queries as they come in via What App and email, escalate the queries as required• Be proactive in providing clients with the correct resolution first time • Provide support internationally to clients around the world• Troubleshoot any queries and work alongside the team to ensure the query is fully resolved• Be able to work in a super-fast-paced environment, responding to queries as a priority Essential Skills & Experience:• 3+ years’ experience in a customer support/service role• Great technical ability and knowledge• Previous experience working on escalation systems such as Slack• Previous experience working in a SaaS environment would be a distinct advantage• Fast learner, able to understand niche systemsPackage:• 25 days holiday + bank holidays• Generous bonus based on personal and company performance• Central London offices with great working environment• Private medical insurance
