Data Lead (Strategy and Business Intelligence) – 2 year fixed term contract
Type: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: Office-based in London, N4 with flexibility to work remotely. Occasional requirement to travel to London office.
Salary: £54,704 – £60,288 per annum plus excellent benefits
Salary Band: Band H2

About this job
Please note this role is a 2 year fixed term contract.
We’re going through an exciting and vital data and technology transformation including making a significant investment into a programme of work (called Project Sage).
Delivering joined up data and systems architecture to really understand and maximize the potential of the data we hold and replace our existing CRM.
Currently at the end mobilisation stage of the project, the new system we’ll be using has been confirmed as Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We’re set to enter the delivery phase in the coming weeks.
Our Data Lead is integral to this complex and transformative project. You’ll have responsibility to lead the delivery of our new data and information management framework – acting as a champion across the organisation to demonstrate, develop, and support the effective use and management of data and information, enabling the development of an organisation-wide strategic data capability.
The structure of the team is almost established and you’ll be working in a dedicated team to deliver this transformative, complex project.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
You’ll be passionate about using data to create change and unlock the full potential of an organisation.
This is a truly cross-organisation role working with people across the charity. You’ll be working closely with our Digital, Data and Technology teams as well as our Project Sage Key User Group and external implementation partners.
You’ll have significant experience of delivering complex data management plans and championing good data practices across an organisation.
