A little bit about the role
The Programme Manager role is pivotal as we enter the next phase of Frontline, our flagship social work training programme.
Joining our newly formed delivery management team, you will lead and drive the successful implementation of our new programme, overseeing multiple implementation projects.
With exceptional programme and project management skills, you will play a vital role in shaping the team’s role and contributing to the programme’s success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, driving meaningful change and ensuring the success of our Frontline programme

A little bit about you
We’re looking for an experienced programme and project manager, with strong knowledge of the methodologies, tools and techniques needed to deliver a complex project on time. We need a leader with an analytical and problem-solving mind, who can make data-driven decisions to ensure the success of the new programme.
We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. There are lots of opportunities for growth and development in this role – and for the right candidate to make the role their own.
