Are you excited about creating a People team that is different to the norm and fit for the future?
This is an exciting time to be joining our organisation, with significant change happening across all parts. You will lead a team that delivers people services, including business partnering, resourcing, learning and development, reward and recognition, across two distinct organisations with different needs. EDI runs throughout all our services.
As Deputy Director, People you will also lead the use of people data analytics to work with leaders across the organisation to embed continuous improvement and a strong performance culture. Part of this will be how we adapt our ways of working to reflect the learning from Covid-19.
As a member of the senior leadership team you will be active in shaping our future and collaborating with all our diverse groups to achieve the very best outcomes for JRF and JRHT.
Capable of building trust and developing relationships at all levels with your natural empathy and understanding of others. You will be a team player, practical yet with a deep professional knowledge that provides customer focused solutions that make a tangible difference in the work we do. You will be passionate about embracing technology and using data to inform decisions. You will bring energy and a real desire to make a difference through the work you deliver.
This is a chance to be the real you at work – supported yet challenged to achieve your potential. A chance to be innovative and be at the leading edge. If you have a passion for change and want to make a difference, then we would love to hear from you.
