Diageo has made great strides in digital since establishing a Digital Centre of Excellence in 2016, we are now accelerating that success with a fresh drive into e-commerce. While we have made significant progress towards digital design excellence we recognise that to make our next step-change we need an expert to lead the charge. Our packaging design, key brand assets and visual identity work is globally recognised as best in class, digital will be our next step-change in design capability.
Purpose of Role
The Design Team exists to lead the total business to consistent, distinctive, visual identities that drive effectiveness & sell more. Rigour and flair: Iconic brands deeply embedded in memory
This role is to deliver Digital Design thought leadership, setting standards, leading agencies, ensuring brilliant delivery. This is not a “design management” role, it is to lead the whole business to a new level of design excellence
