Digital Technology Lead – £65k – London – NPO

A NPO organisation in London are lookinng for a Digital Development Lead to join their fast-growing Development team and lead the way on a range of new digital programmes as part of an ongoing digital transformation.

The successful candidate will be involved in the creation and shaping of a fast-growing Development Team helping colleagues learn and grow within the business whilst leading the way on several new digital programmes.

Role: Digital Development Lead

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

Benefits: 25 days annual leave & 5% matched pension contribution + the opportunity to grow your own Development team

Location: London – Central (Temporarily Remote)

Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading a Development Team
• Prior experience of solutions/enterprise architecture
• Self-driven individual able to motivate and develop their team.

Desirable skills:

• Agile experience
• .Net/C# development background

This role will provide an individual with a chance to make their mark in a high-profile Not-for-Profit organisation spearheading the launch of multiple projects outlined in the new Digital Roadmap including CRM Implementations & the launch of a new training platform.
