Digital Marketing Manager
£80,000 – £90,000

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced and forward thinking Digital Marketing Manager to join one of our best clients very well established team based in Fleet, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be a data driven professional who can enable full funnel customer journeys using a range of online strategies. You will need to be confident owning our clients digital journeys and platforms as you aim to engage customers and prospects from around the globe. You should be a confident individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills as you’ll be working with several different teams on a daily basis. This is a new and important role for a world leading financial technology company.
As well as a very competitive salary, this role offers a comprehensive benefits package including a bonus and flexible working. You will be require to work from the Fleet office ½ days pw.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in website design, transformation and performant landing page construction
• Commercially minded to make value based assessments to help grow and retain customer base
• Pedigree in SaaS B2B environments with clear understanding of best practice in implementation and performance management
• You have experience with paid and organic strategies including LinkedIn and PPC
• You have strong analytical skills with a focus on the detail
• You are results driven and passionate about both the brand and the results
• Experience of leveraging global campaigns and teams to execute and localise regionally
• Knowledge of how to operate multiple products, even brands, online to best advantage

Key responsibilities:

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy inclusive of paid programmes, organic, the company website
• Grow meaningful website traffic and enable digital growth
• Forecast future outcomes and performance trends
• Use content creation and distribution skills to help shape the online content strategy and build higher authority
• Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
