Digital Operations Specialist for a 6 month contract, inside IR35.
You will have a specific skill set in Digital and have the technical knowledge to proactively keep on top of the clients Website and Mobile Apps.
You will have a technical background and the following –
Ability to review the monitoring tools we have (Cloudflare, app logs (Splunk), Google Analytics etc) to ensure we have it setup, detect if something isn’t right (external attacks, unexpected traffic increases, configuration, application log errors) and make recommendations.
Manage service providers and third parties.
Understand the technology and identify weak spots/opportunities.
Sitecore (Doesn’t have to be specifically Sitecore but needs to have experience using/managing a website with a .NET CMS like Sitecore)
Cloudflare or a similar service
Have an appreciation of digital architecture, have an understanding of .NET, and web-based UI technologies (HTML, CSS etc)
Understand and know how to leverage Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager etc
Skills to investigate why a website is consuming too much bandwidth/page speed times are running slow/other NFRs
Tackle capacity management proactively, understanding changes we make and the impact they can have, plus work to understand why we currently have a capacity-based performance issue
Support in the quick resolution of those incidents
Support in the problem management process
Awareness of ITIL processes.
