For more information on how we’re supporting our colleagues visit We’re looking for a digital performance executive to join our Co-op Funeralcare marketing and digital team. At Co-op, we’re proud of the outstanding service that we provide to our clients, and over the last 18 months we’ve worked together with our Co-op digital and product teams to re-develop and launch our new Funeralcare website. In this role, you’ll support the client experience and trading manager to optimise the performance of the Funeralcare website, by driving traffic and delivering conversions. This is a fantastic opportunity, to work closely with colleagues across Funeralcare and the wider Co-op, using data, insight and research to make performance recommendations and improvements in this newly created and exciting role. What you’ll do: • plan and execute campaigns and product initiatives, making sure there’s commercial outcomes and an excellent customer experience • deliver business insights and recommend actions to improve commercial and client KPI’s and targets • manage product and e-commerce components of the Funeralcare website, including visual merchandising of product ranges and price and product information • partner with commercial, digital marketing and operational teams to make sure the website reflects the latest product and marketing campaigns • liaise with the customer services team and the digital experience executive to optimise onsite customer experience • manage and resolve operational issues, collaborating closely with technical colleagues to maintain the health and performance of the website This role would suit people who have: • in-depth knowledge and experience of trading in an e-commerce business • experience using digital analytics to optimise the customer journey and sales funnels • product catalogue management experience – product information, website merchandising and pricing • a strong commercial mindset • strong communication skills and ability to work with a range of colleagues across the business • worked in a regulated environment – this would be desirable Why Co-op?
