Digital Transformation Manager (API Programme) – London/Hybrid.

My client, a UK-leading telecommunications company (FTSE100) is currently undergoing a large-scale business-wide digital transformation to implement their brand-new APIs-first approach.

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of their strategic digital roadmap operating model and ensuring that elements of their transformation plan are aligned with current business functions.

The Digital Transformation Manager also be tasked with:

• Provide leadership for their business strategy and vision.
• Collaborating with the wider business to lead and support various functions within business change.
• Oversee other transformation components and identify other business impacts.
• Pro-actively engage with and collaborate with stakeholders across the business

The ideal transformation manager must have the following skills/experience:

• Proven Experience working in large-scale business-wide transformation programs.
• Strong Background in Business Process Management and Process Improvement
• Extensive Experience working on Digital Transformations on APIs specifically.
• Previously worked with developers and monetising APIs
• Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work on a highly visible transformation programmes for one of Europe’s largest companies.

This role does offer flexible working with 1 or 2 days a week in their central London office. Basic is up to £120K with a package over £150K
