The General Merchandise Display team are a diverse, creative team, responsible for bringing our business strategy to life visually in stores. In our team, cross functional working and a keen eye for detail mean that we can create the best visual displays that are easy to shop for our customers.
As Display Planning Manager, you’ll effectively lead and coach the Display Planning team to drive commercial performance through creative, trend-led displays that engage and inspire our customers. We’d like you to work cross functionally with the trading teams to ensure effective and compelling use of space; that meets customers’ needs. This role will support the financial performance of our Non-Food business by ensuring a creative and compelling presentation of the customer offer in store, delivering commercial, customer orientated visual merchandising/ layouts.
The ideal person for this role will be able to balance creativity and practicality to ensure that our displays are inspirational, but they also work in real life. Cross functional working is essential, so communication, influencing and understanding what other teams do will guarantee that the trends being introduced are communicated in a way that fits our brand and delights a very discerning audience!
