AK Teaching are actively recruiting Early Career Teacher’s graduating with QTS ahead of September to take on full time and part time teaching commitments within Secondary schools across the North-East.

We are looking for Teachers who are currently studying:

• BA Hons in Secondary Education with QTS
• Post Graduate Degree in Secondary Education with QTS (PGCE)
• School Centred Initial Teacher Training with QTS (SCITT)

All Early Career Teacher’s registered with AK Teaching will have access to the Early Career Framework (ECF). This framework outlines the areas that early career teachers should focus and develop on during the first 2 years of their careers and the induction period. The Early Career Framework allows Early Career Teacher’s sections on, Behaviour Management, Pedagogy, Curriculum, Assessment and Professional Behaviours. The ECF provides support for Early Career Teachers, providing a funded entitlement to a structured 2-year package of high-quality professional development.
