Here at QA, we’re looking for a fabulous Early Engagement Officer (DXD) to join our amazing Operations Team.
Providing support to both internal & external partners and learners, you’ll assist with the successful delivery of our enrolment services whilst providing top-notch customer service. It’s all about engagement, enrolment and guidance.

About You:
This role would be a great fit if you’ve got first-rate customer-service and communication-skills, but also if you can work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining very high standards. This role calls upon you to work with and follow quite stringent ESFA funding rules, so you really will need to comfortable doing that!
